Sinibaldi: 'A great success for the territory'
Three days of training, discussion and planning transformed Sperlonga into the capital of Lazio's municipalities. Over 300 administrators and institutional guests took part in the 2025 Training Camp, which focused on crucial topics such as territorial cohesion, infrastructure, digital innovation and new finance opportunities for local authorities.
The final day opened with institutional greetings from the Quaestor of the Chamber of Deputies Paolo Trancassini and the MEP Nicola Zingarettiwhich respectively emphasised the role of mayors as guarantors of the credibility of politics and the importance of Europe as a decisive actor for the territories.
In this framework, two memoranda of understanding were signed: with theNational Union of Vigilance and Security Companies (UNIV) and with the Italian-Guatemalan Chamber of Commercestrengthening the international dimension and the ability to build new alliances for local development.
Space also for speeches by regional councillors Simona Baldassarre, Fabrizio Ghera, Massimiliano Maselli and Manuela Rinaldiand the concluding report by the Secretary General of ANCI Veronica Nicotra.
"The Training Camp 2025," said the President of ANCI Lazio, Daniele Sinibaldi - showed how municipalities are ready to play their part in the challenges ahead. We talked about infrastructure, cohesion, sustainability and local finance with a practical outlook: giving concrete tools to administrators. It is not just a training moment, but a community workshop'.
