Free in-depth course Artificial Intelligence applied to municipalities - Frosinone 4 and 11 December 2025
the Administrative Gazette Foundation of the Italian Republic and ANCI Lazio organised at the Academy of the P.A. in Frosinone, a free two-day in-person course on the following topic: Artificial Intelligence applied to municipalities
The lectures will be held on Thursday 4 December 2025 and Thursday 11 December 2025 at the Auditorium San Paolo di Frosinone, Viale Madrid, n.54, 03100 Frosinone. Both lectures will be held at 09.30 a.m. (accreditation at 09.00 a.m.) - 1.30 p.m.
The aim of the course is to provide a clear and accessible overview of the main concepts, methods and applications of these technologies without requiring specialised technical knowledge, delving into their basic principles and exploring how Artificial Intelligence tools can also be effectively applied in the context of Public Administration.
Course programme:
04.12.2025 First Module
Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
- Supervised Learning (teaching the virtual assistant how to fill in paperwork)
- Classification (answer the question “what type is it?”)
- Regression (answering the question “how much is it worth?”)
- Similarity method - KNN (answering the question “who does it look like?”)
- Use cases in the daily work of the P.A.
11.12.2025 Second Module
Neural networks (Chat gpt, copilot);
- Unsupervised Learning (the autonomous activity of the virtual assistant)
- Aggregating data (Clustering)
- Analysis of associations between data
- Identifying anomalies
- Analysis of key administrative procedures and applications of artificial intelligence.
Each lesson will be from 09.30 (accreditation 09.00) - 13.30.

Attendance at the course allows the recognition of valid training credits at the International University of Public Administration - UIPA, which offers a three-year degree course in Political Science, Law and International Strategy and several master's courses dedicated to public administration personnel.
Thanks to the agreement signed between the Administrative Gazette Foundation of the Republic of Italy and the International University of Public Administration, civil servants can access university courses by being exempt from university fees, thus facilitating their participation in academic training.
