Agreements to improve services
Partnerships to innovate and strengthen municipalities
ANCI Lazio promotes numerous memoranda of understanding and agreements with institutions, bodies, and associations to support municipalities in the management of services, administrative innovation, and the development of shared territorial policies. These collaborations represent a cooperation model capable of strengthening local competences and making public administration more modern, efficient, and closer to citizens. Among the most significant agreements are those with Confcommercio Roma and Confservizi Lazio to support the sustainable development of local communities and enhance the territorial heritage through innovation and public-private cooperation; with Acqua Pubblica Sabina (APS) for the modernisation of the regional water system; with ARPA Lazio for environmental training and the strengthening of the technical skills of municipalities; with the Forum Terzo Settore Lazio to promote cooperation between local authorities and social realities; and with UNAV for the definition of shared policies on urban security. Training activities carried out with the G.A.R.I. Foundation complete the picture, dedicated to the development of the digital skills of municipal staff. New collaborations are also being studied with Foundations and Universities for the development of research and training programmes on artificial intelligence applied to public administration, with the aim of supporting the digital transition of Lazio's Municipalities. Through these initiatives, ANCI Lazio consolidates its role as a strategic partner of the territories, promoting a stable network of cooperation oriented towards innovation and the quality of public services.
