Rankings confirmed! The Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service has validated the final rankings. The projects officially begin on 18 September 2026:
“LET'S HOLD HANDS 2026 “INTEGRATION 2026”

Are you an eligible and selected candidate? Keep an eye on your communications: you are about to receive your official summons!
BEFORE YOUR FIRST DAY YOU MUST SIGN THE DIGITAL CONTRACT!
To be able to start your Universal Civil Service journey on 18 September 2026, the Universal Civil Service contract must be signed digitally before your first day of service.
The signing of the contract will take place exclusively via the IO App. We therefore invite you to check in good time that you have all the necessary requirements to hand:
The IO app downloaded and configured on your smartphone, with you logged in, for example via SPID or CIE;
Your physical Electronic Identity Card (CIE);
The full 8-digit PIN associated with your CIE;
A smartphone with active NFC technology, required to read the physical CIE.
WARNING
The contract must be signed before 18 September 2026. Therefore, on your first day of service, you must present the contract already duly signed.
The availability of the IO App and all the requirements indicated above is essential to complete the signature procedure.
Don't wait for launch day: check right away that you have everything you need and, if you have lost your CIE PIN, arrange to recover it in good time.
