Executive Board

The Governing Council is the body that guarantees the continuity of ANCI Lazio's political and operational action. It implements the decisions of the Regional Committee, coordinates the Association's activities and guides its day-to-day management. Consisting of a maximum of 20 members, with at least one third women, the Board ensures representation and balanced participation of the different areas of the territory. It also includes, in an advisory capacity, the coordinators of the councils and thematic groups, ranging from small municipalities to young administrators and women administrators. The Board meets regularly to plan initiatives, approve activity programmes, manage resources and appoint, at the proposal of the Secretary General, the heads of offices and operational structures. It is the organisational engine of the Association, the one that transforms strategies into concrete actions to support the municipalities of Lazio and strengthen the network of local autonomies.
