It was held this morning at the’Rieti P.A. Academy, the first day of the free course for Lazio municipalities dedicated to the publicly owned companies, training course promoted by ANCI Lazio and aimed at administrators, managers, officials and auditors of local authorities.
An appointment that was attended by 90 people in attendance e 175 connected online, for a total of over 260 participants who followed the proceedings with great attention.
The course aims to offer concrete tools to understand the rationale, functioning, regulatory framework and relations between investee companies and public administrations, focusing on company models, current legislation and operational implications.
The first day dealt with the regulatory framework and the general rules governing the membership, establishment and management of publicly owned companies by local authorities.

The day allowed participants to discuss with lecturers and trainers key aspects of investee companies in the light of the latest regulations and the requirements for transparency, efficiency and control.
The course will continue with subsequent modules scheduled for the 5 February 2026 and the 16 February 2026, also at the Accademia della P.A. in Rieti, to complete a specialised training course designed to strengthen the skills of local authorities in the management of public holdings.
ANCI Lazio thus confirms its role as reference point for specialised training of municipal administrators and managers, constantly strengthening the quality of local government through concrete tools for updating and deepening.
