Today, Friday 13 February 2026, at the Spazio Attivo of Lazio Innova in Palazzo Rospigliosi, Zagarolo, the meeting of the ANCI Lazio Council of Women Administrators took place.
The day opened with the flashmob “One Billion Rising” in Piazza Indipendenza, realised with the involvement of the students of the IPIA and IIS Borsellino Falcone in Zagarolo, in adhesion to the international mobilisation against violence against women and girls.
Work then continued in the Training Room of the Spazio Attivo with hearings entitled “Not flowers and chocolates but an act of true love”, which were attended by the Mayor of Zagarolo Emanuela Panzironi, regional councillors Micol Grasselli, Emanuela Droghei, Laura Carthaginian e Marika Rotondi, of MEP Michela Di Biase and of Carla Centioni, President of APS Ponte Donna Casa Rifugio Futura.

During the meeting, the topic of the attempted feminicide in Marostica was also addressed, with the proposal of recognition actions for Roberta Luisetto, The Frosinone stop of the AIDDA Lazio Roadshow, scheduled for 26 February 2026 at the Chamber of Commerce of Frosinone and Latina, was announced.
The central moment of the morning was the approval of the Gender Budget Document, drafted by the Council's working group, which is a technical tool to support municipalities in integrating the gender perspective into their economic and financial planning.
The work was coordinated by Simona Mulè, Coordinator of the ANCI Lazio Women Administrators Council.
«The Consulta continues to be a space for concrete discussions between local administrators and institutional representatives - said Simona Mulè -. The approval of the Gender Balance Document is an important step because it provides municipalities with a clear and operational method to read public policies also through the lens of equity. It is not a formal act, but a planning tool that can strengthen the quality of administrative decisions».
