The day will be dedicated to an in-depth analysis of public contracts, with particular reference to the awarding of contracts below the EU threshold, including new regulations, confirmations and critical application issues.

The initiative will be attended, for institutional greetings, by Marco Innocenzi, Mayor of the Municipality of Tivoli, of Laura Di Girolamo, President of the Court of Tivoli, of Andrea Calice, Public Prosecutor at the Court of Tivoli, of Eliana Lelli, President of the Tivoli Bar Association Council, of Fabio Frattini, President of the Tivoli Criminal Chamber, of Manuel Magliocchetti, Member of the Board of Directors of ANCI Lazio, and of Enrico Michetti, President of the Administrative Gazette Foundation of the Italian Republic.
The introduction of the training activity will be entrusted to David Bacecci, President of the Union of Lazio Bar Associations. The report will be delivered by Professor Pasquale Andrea Chiodi, an expert in public contracting. The conclusions will be delivered by Vincenzo Tropiano, Councillor of the Municipality of Tivoli with responsibility for training.
