The training and participation path promoted by MOVES – Mountain Voices for Engaged and Sustainable Democracy continues. This is a European project co-financed by the European Union in which ANCI Lazio is involved in strengthening civic engagement and democratic participation in mountain territories.
The next appointment is scheduled for Friday 3 July 2026, from 10:00 to 12:15, with the free webinar “EU Rights and European Citizenship”, an opportunity for in-depth discussion dedicated to the rights of European citizens, tools for democratic participation and the opportunities offered by the European Union to foster local community development.
The initiative is aimed at local public officials, administrators, representatives of civil society organisations, active citizens, young people between the ages of 18 and 30, and students, who are interested in learning more about European citizenship and the active role of citizens in shaping European policies.
During the webinar, the main participation tools made available by the European Union will be illustrated, along with the opportunities that territories can seize to promote increasingly informed, inclusive, and participatory citizenship.
At the end of the meeting, participants will receive a certificate of attendance, training materials, the webinar recording, and an operational toolkit. It will also be possible to continue the journey within the MOVES project community, contributing to subsequent discussion, co-creation, and proposal development activities via the project's digital platform.
