Inclusion, legality and work at the centre of Anci Lazio's commitment.
They were inaugurated at the CPI in Primavalle, in the presence of the Secretary General, Luca Masi and the CPI of Latina, with the presence of the deputy president of Anci Lazio, Antonio Di Rocco, the new One Stop Shop of the project S.O.L.E.I.L. - Interregional Work Orientation and Empowerment Services for a Legal System, promoted by the Lazio Region and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
The project, part of the National Inclusion and Poverty Eradication Programme 2021 - 2027, is a strategic initiative to promote a culture of legality and combat labour exploitation, with the aim of fostering pathways of social, health, housing and labour inclusion for third-country nationals who are victims, or potential victims, of exploitation.
The One Stop Shops opened in the Job Centres and managed in cooperation with Anci Lazio and Arci, offer integrated services of legal orientation, linguistic mediation, orientation and accompaniment to work, social-health assistance, psychological support, support for regularisation, training, work experience and orientation to housing autonomy.

“In these years - explains the Secretary General of Anci Lazio, Luca Masi - we have invested heavily in the training of a highly specialised team capable of supporting municipalities and local operators in real inclusion paths. Projects such as COrInt, S.O.L.E.I.L. and PRIMA il Lavoro represent a unified strategy: building tools and partnerships that help local authorities ensure cohesion, trust and rights”.
ANCI Lazio's approach is based on the conviction that inclusion comes through work and that work itself becomes an instrument of participation, dignity and autonomy.
Through the S.O.L.E.I.L. project and other ongoing and future projects, the Association strengthens its commitment to building solid territorial networks and the ability to connect public services, the third sector and local administrators in a modern, integrated and digital reception and orientation system.
The S.O.L.E.I.L. project is therefore a concrete step towards a participatory governance model, where trust is built on the ground, starting with people and their right to work and dignity.
The One Stop Shops will be open every Tuesday morning with free admission and on Thursdays by appointment only
