The webinar promoted by ANCI Lazio was held this morning and it was dedicated to the main new features of the regional and national Budget Laws and to the operational repercussions for the Municipalities. A moment of in-depth analysis aimed at administrators and technicians of local authorities, designed to provide a concise and operational overview of the regulatory tools and opportunities useful for planning in the territories.
Opening the proceedings were, Luca Masi, Secretary General of ANCI Lazio, Daniele Sinibaldi, President of ANCI Lazio and Giancarlo Righini, Councillor for the Budget of the Lazio Region, who emphasised the importance of strengthening dialogue between institutions and local administrations on a central issue such as public finance and the investment capacity of municipalities. In particular, Councillor Righini, highlighted the importance of the work carried out by ANCI Lazio in training for local authorities and in initiatives such as today's.

The initiative, held in the Sabini room of the Pisana complex, seat of the Lazio Regional Council, was also attended by the Director General of ANCI Lazio, Federico Palla and the vice-president of ANCI Lazio, Antonio Di Rocco.
During the meeting, the main contents of the regional manoeuvre were analysed, with a focus on the resources allocated to municipalities, territorial investments and planning tools. The webinar also delved into the novelties of the national budget law and their impact on local authorities, with a focus on transfers, local taxation and management of public resources.
Technical interventions included those of Marco Marafini, Regional Director of the General Accounting Office, Andrea Scuccimarra, Head of the Pre-Legislative Staff Office and Study Service of the General Accounting Directorate, Paolo Alfarone, Regional Director of Economic Programming, European Funds and Natural Heritage, and Andrea Ferri, Director of IFEL's Local Finance Department.
