ANCI in collaboration with UPI and MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) is organising a webinar dedicated to the redetermination of the FOI contribution. The aim of the meeting will be to illustrate to the entities the scope of application of the rule and the operational features of the procedure.
The procedure for the redetermination of the FOI contribution pursuant to Article 26, paragraph 7-quinquies of Decree-Law No. 50 of 17 May 2022, introduced by Decree-Law No. 95/2025, has been initiated.
The measure allows for the confirmation of up to 80% of the FOI contribution for already awarded PNRR and Complementary projects, if the item ’works“ was not up-to-date at the time of the announcement.
Applications for remodelling can be submitted by implementing parties until 20 November 2025.
