L’ANCI in collaborazione con l’UPI e il MEF (Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze) organizza un webinar dedicato alla rideterminazione del contributo FOI. L’incontro avrà l’obiettivo di illustrare agli enti il perimetro di applicazione della norma e le funzionalità operative della procedura.
The procedure for the redetermination of the FOI contribution pursuant to Article 26, paragraph 7-quinquies of Decree-Law No. 50 of 17 May 2022, introduced by Decree-Law No. 95/2025, has been initiated.
The measure allows for the confirmation of up to 80% of the FOI contribution for already awarded NRP and Complementary projects, if the item ’works“ was not up-to-date at the time of the announcement.
Applications for remodelling can be submitted by implementing parties until 20 November 2025.
