The Department for Family Policies has published a Public Notice (annex) on a “over-the-counter” basis, aimed at municipalities (excluding those in the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano) to finance with a total amount of 3 mln euro by 2025 educational and recreational projects for minors, as provided for in Article 1, paragraph 213 of Law 2024, no. 207 (Budget Law).
Municipalities may apply for funding by PEC, between 10:00 a.m. on 1 September 2025 and 6:00 p.m. on 2 September 2025, using only Form 1 (attached), to the certified e-mail address for their region, as indicated in the table of the Notice (art. 5).
The first four applications in order submitted by municipalities in each region will be considered (Articles 4 and 5 of the Notice).
The municipalities, which will be financed in the amount of EUR 39,473.00, they may implement initiatives falling within at least two of the areas of intervention (Art. 2 Notice), within 12 months of the notice to the Department of the Notice.
Following the preliminary investigation, the Department will publish on its website the provisional list, divided by regions, of the first four applications received by the Department, in the chronological order in which they were sent. From the date of publication of the list, the municipalities will have ten days to submit their observations. Subsequently, the final list of municipalities admitted to funding will be published.
