The Municipality of Nemi has been selected to represent Lazio in the 2026 edition of the national competition “The Village of Villages”, initiative with twenty Italian municipalities competing, one for each region.
The competition is promoted by the “At the foot of Kilimanjaro”, broadcast on Rai 3, and on Sunday 1 March at 16.45 the village of Nemi will be presented within the programme.
Starting from 7 p.m. the same day nationwide voting will open on the RaiPlay platform.
The Mayor of Nemi, Alberto Bertucci, he issued an invitation to the administrations and citizens of Lazio to support the borough's candidature, which represents the entire region in the competition.
