Thursday 26 March, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in Campoli Appennino, ANCI Lazio is organising the first public event marking the start of activities for the European MOVES project.
The project connects mountainous and peripheral territories in Italy, Albania, and Portugal to address common challenges such as depopulation, limited access to services, and reduced civic participation, by promoting models of active citizenship, inclusive participation, and collaboration between local communities and institutions.
The meeting will be an initial opportunity to engage with administrators, citizens and local stakeholders to jointly build pathways for strengthening local democracy in mountain areas.
A concrete step to give voice to communities and enhance the role of territories in European democratic development. 🇪🇺⛰️
