Expression of interest for the selection of training bodies in civil and commercial mediation

ANCI Lazio is launching a call for expressions of interest aimed at training bodies accredited by the Ministry of Justice for the signing of memoranda of understanding for the provision of training courses on civil and commercial mediation, intended for officials of the associated Municipalities.
The initiative responds to the need to equip local authorities with the necessary skills to effectively participate in mediation proceedings, particularly in light of the recent regulatory changes introduced by Law no. 1 of 7 January 2026 concerning administrative liability.

The event does not constitute a tendering procedure and does not give rise to any subjective rights for the participants.
Organisations duly registered on the Ministry of Justice's list pursuant to Article 16-bis of Legislative Decree 28/2010, in compliance with all legal obligations and able to offer favourable economic conditions to associated local authorities, are eligible to participate.
