The memorandum of understanding between ANCI Lazio and Concilianet has been officially concluded, aimed at launching an innovative pilot project for training in civil and commercial mediation pursuant to Legislative Decree 28\/2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The initiative, strongly desired by the President of ANCI Lazio Daniele Sinibaldi and the Deputy President Antonio Di Rocco, represents a pioneering experience at a national level and involves the structured training of officials and employees in the legal offices of the municipalities of Lazio. The aim is to strengthen the internal expertise of local administrations for more informed, effective, and strategic participation in mediation procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project is part of a broader strategy to modernise public dispute management, with particular reference to the role of local authorities as parties frequently involved in civil disputes. In this context, mediation is confirmed as a fundamental tool for reducing judicial litigation, capable of producing significant benefits both in economic terms and in reducing the time taken to resolve disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For local authorities, the conscious adoption of mediation procedures entails a potential reduction in legal and administrative costs, greater speed in dispute resolution, and an overall improvement in the service provided to citizens, who can benefit from more timely and less confrontational solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lawyer Claudio Ursomando, national President of Concilianet, expressed great satisfaction with the conclusion of the agreement, emphasising how it is the first protocol of its kind in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
