ANCI Lazio took part in Forum PA 2026 for the presentation of the S.O.L.E.I.L. project, a territorial ecosystem of social innovation created to strengthen the fight against labour exploitation and promote socio-labour inclusion pathways for vulnerable individuals. Among the main figures at the meeting were councillors from the Lazio Region. Massimiliano Maselli<\/strong><\/em> e Alessandro Calvi<\/strong><\/em> , the head of the Ministry of Labour Marina Maggiore<\/strong><\/em> , the project manager of the project Romina Papetti<\/strong><\/em> , the Secretary-General of ANCI Lazio Luca Masi <\/em><\/strong>and the professor Alessandra Sanella<\/strong><\/em> of the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, who delved into the value of collaboration between institutions, local authorities, the world of research, and the Third Sector in combating labour exploitation. Also present Antonio Di Rocco<\/strong><\/em> , Vice-President of ANCI Lazio, confirming the Association's commitment to supporting paths of inclusion and territorial development based on collaboration between Municipalities and institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During his speech, Luca Masi focused on the value of trust as the foundational element of the S.O.L.E.I.L. project: trust between institutions, local administrations, operators, and citizens, essential for building effective inclusion pathways and enabling territories to meet the needs of the most vulnerable individuals. This trust stems from stable collaboration among the stakeholders involved and allows municipalities to play an increasingly decisive role in promoting legality, the dignity of work, and social cohesion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Also significant were the words of the regional councillor Massimiliano Maselli, who expressed his heartfelt thanks to ANCI Lazio for the contribution provided to the project and for the work liaising with local authorities, recognising the Association's value in building a territorial network capable of transforming inclusion policies into concrete actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the event, a video was also shown featuring testimonials from project operators and beneficiaries, who shared stories of change, opportunities, and redemption.
