Expression of interest for the selection of training bodies in civil and commercial mediation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANCI Lazio is launching a call for expressions of interest addressed to training bodies accredited by the Ministry of Justice for the establishment of Memoranda of Understanding aimed at providing training courses on civil and commercial mediation, for officials of associated Municipalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative responds to the need to equip local authorities with the necessary skills to effectively participate in mediation proceedings, also in light of the recent legislative changes introduced by Law 7 January 2026, n. 1 regarding administrative liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entities duly registered on the Ministry of Justice\u2019s list, pursuant to art. 16-bis of legislative decree 28\/2010, in compliance with all legal obligations and capable of offering favourable economic conditions to associated local authorities, may participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
