Skills, training, and clear interpretation are needed. Furthermore, digitalization represents a decisive step, but for many local authorities it requires support and investment in skills, so that it does not become an additional factor of inequality.<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ANCI Lazio reiterated its commitment to strengthening the role of the network and providing support to local authorities, promoting moments of exchange and qualified training, and assisting municipalities in implementing reforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Reforms are measured on the ground<\/em> \u2013 concluded Magliocchetti \u2013 <em>in the ability of municipalities to transform regulations into concrete services for citizens.
