At the centre of the work was a wide-ranging and participative discussion on the topics of resources for municipalities, the budget law, security and the associative budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The debate took place in a constructive atmosphere, with numerous interventions highlighting the need to ensure greater financial stability for local authorities and to strengthen the role of ANCI as a means of representation and support for the territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the Council meeting, the issue of revising the distribution of membership fees between the national and regional ANCI was also raised, in light of the growing commitment and expansion of activities carried out at the territorial level. The regional ANCIs called for the initiation of a shared process to update the system, addressing the issue of resource distribution, the ISTAT adjustments, defaults, and strengthening support for smaller municipalities in an organic manner, with the goal of making the ANCI system more equitable, efficient, and capable of responding to the needs of smaller municipalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The National Council thus confirms itself as a central moment of discussion and political and institutional guidance, in which to strengthen the unity of the system of local autonomies and to build shared responses to the challenges that await the territories.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Daniele Sinibaldi ha partecipato al Consiglio Nazionale di ANCI insieme al Sindaco di Latina Matilde Celentano e al Sindaco di Marino Stefano Cecchi.
