The inauguration of the Tivoli branch of the Academy of Public Administration, promoted by the Gazzetta Amministrativa della Repubblica Italiana Foundation, will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the Civic Museum of Tivoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day will be dedicated to an in-depth examination of public contracts, with particular reference to contracts with a value below the threshold of Community relevance, including new regulatory provisions, confirmations and application-related issues.<\/p>\n\n\n

The initiative will see the participation, for institutional greetings, of Marco Innocenzi<\/strong>, Mayor of the Municipality of Tivoli, of Laura Di Girolamo<\/strong>, President of the Court of Tivoli, of Andrea Calice<\/strong>, Public Prosecutor at the Court of Tivoli, of Eliana Lelli<\/strong>, President of the Council of the Bar Association of Tivoli, of Fabio Frattini<\/strong>, President of the Tivoli Criminal Chamber, of Manuel Magliocchetti<\/strong>, Member of the Board of Directors of ANCI Lazio, and of Enrico Michetti<\/strong>, President of the Administrative Gazette Foundation of the Italian Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The introduction of the training activity will be entrusted to David Bacecci<\/strong>, President of the Union of Forensic Medicine of Lazio. The report will be presented by Professor Pasquale Andrea Chiodi<\/strong>, an expert in public contracting. The conclusions will be delivered by Vincenzo Tropiano<\/strong>, Councillor of the Municipality of Tivoli with responsibility for training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation is free for registered learners and a certificate of participation will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
