{"id":2787,"date":"2025-12-01T14:50:48","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T14:50:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/?p=2787"},"modified":"2025-12-01T15:34:33","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T15:34:33","slug":"labico-the-gender-balance-sheet-as-national-good-practice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/en\/labico-il-bilancio-di-genere-come-buona-pratica-nazionale\/","title":{"rendered":"Labico: Gender Balance as national good practice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Municipality of Labico, also thanks to the good work done by <strong>Giulia Lorenzon <\/strong>e <strong>Giuseppina Bilenci<\/strong>, consolidates its commitment to gender policies, presenting for the fourth consecutive year the <strong>Gender Balance<\/strong>, a political rather than technical tool, capable of reading the needs of citizenship - women and men - in depth and assessing the effectiveness of public policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Labico experience was recognised at today's meeting as <strong>good practice at national level<\/strong>, also thanks to the contribution of ANCI Lazio. A recognition reaffirmed by <strong>Simona Mul\u00e8<\/strong>, Coordinator of the Consulta Donne Amministratrici di ANCI Lazio (ANCI Lazio Women Administrators Council), who announced her intention to propose the Labicano model at national level as well: an important result for the municipality and the entire territory.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/bilancio_genere-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"gender balance\" class=\"wp-image-2788\" style=\"width:402px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/bilancio_genere-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/bilancio_genere-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/bilancio_genere-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/bilancio_genere-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/bilancio_genere-16x12.jpeg 16w, https:\/\/ancilazio.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/bilancio_genere.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>During the day, speakers included <strong>Eleonora Mattia<\/strong>, who referred to the challenges still open on the equal opportunities front in the Lazio Region, and <strong>Ines Marcelli<\/strong>, who brought a moving testimony and a direct contribution to the realisation of the Gender Balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special thanks were also given to <strong>Angela Palazzi<\/strong> e <strong>Viola Saracini<\/strong> for the careful and attentive literary set-up that accompanied the presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Particularly significant is the appeal of <strong>Argia Simone<\/strong> in support of the <strong>Maria Manciocco Anti-Violence Centre<\/strong> of Labico: a commitment shared by all participants.
