ANCI, in collaboration with UPI and the MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance), is organising a webinar dedicated to the recalculation of the FOI contribution. The meeting will aim to illustrate the scope of application of the rule and the operational functionalities of the procedure to the entities.
The procedure for the redetermination of the FOI contribution pursuant to Article 26, paragraph 7-quinquies of Decree-Law No. 50 of 17 May 2022, introduced by Decree-Law No. 95\/2025, has been initiated.
The measure allows for the confirmation of up to 80% of the FOI contribution for already awarded NRP and Complementary projects, if the item \u2019works\u201c was not up-to-date at the time of the announcement.
